My next session in Florida was with a fabulous local photographer Marta and her family!  We became friends through an online forum for photographers and when I mentioned I was flying down to Tampa she booked a session with me 🙂  You see, most photographers have a million and one photos of their kids, but very few of them WITH their kids.  I was so excited and honored that she chose me to document an afternoon with her boys in Ybor City, an awesome historic district in Tampa.

We met for lunch first so we could chat about things photographers chat about, and I was blown away by how polite, adorable, and funny her 2 little boys were.  Marta and her sweet husband, Erik, have definitely instilled awesome manners and great senses of humor in their kids!  After lunch we strolled around the neighborhood and took some fun family shots, as well as a few of just Marta and Erik (again, most photographers don’t have any photos of them with their husband/wife), as their 11 year wedding anniversary was only a few weeks away!  I had such a great afternoon with you and your family, Marta!  And please let Evan know that I have the drawing he made for me hanging in my office 🙂
