I’m always thrilled when an inquiry for a Red Thread Session pops up in my inbox!  This time it was from Nina, a lovely teacher from Brooklyn who recently adopted a sweet cherub named Antonia from Congo as a single mother.

Nina, Antonia, and Nina’s boyfriend Charles met up with me at a riverfront park in Brooklyn for a fun afternoon of running around, precious toddler cuddles, reading books, and carousel rides.  Antonia’s smile would make anyone’s heart melt, and it was so wonderful to see the bond she has quickly formed with Nina and Charles.  I loved spending time with this new family and was happy to help document a great afternoon full of giggles and hugs for them.
