“ain’t it good to know you’ve got a friend”

Growing up in Tampa, Dana and I were as close as two friends could be.  Literally.  We lived next door to each other 🙂  But seriously, she is my oldest friend and I’m so happy that we’ve stayed in touch and are a part of each other’s lives.  I don’t get to see her that much as my parents no longer live in Tampa, and I live in NYC most of the year, but when Dana found out I’d be in Palm Beach for the winter, she and her awesome husband, Danny, drove out to the east cose of FL for a weekend visit!  Her brother, John, who was my faux little brother growing up, recently moved to Ft. Lauderdale, so we all met up there for a wonderful day on the beach!  I of course brought my camera and talked them into letting me take some photos of them (and Danny was able to capture a few fun ones with me in the front of the camera as well!  Thanks Danny!)
