A couple times a year I find myself in Michigan to visit family, and this year, my cousin Sean and his wife Jess hired me to photograph their adorable little boy, Ryan!

We met on a perfectly crisp autumn day and I loved the fall feeling I got from their colorful outfits!

Little Ryan is FULL of energy and giggles, and he sure does love his dad!!

He’s also FULL of cuddles and kisses for his mom! This guy is so full of love! And his smiles are super infectious!

I always LOVE a good double smooch on little ones’ cheeks!

Sean and I are the same age and grew up together; it’s AMAZING to me how strong genetics can be… Ryan is basically a clone of Sean when he was that age!

I always love getting photos of just “mom and dad.” These two are such a perfect fit – they keep each other laughing all the time!

Of course we ended the portrait session with a few minutes at the playground. Ryan loved the slide and swings… as well as the lollipop I brought as a treat!
