Of all of the unexpected curveballs 2020 has thrown at us, couples’ wedding plans have generally been turned upside down. Big plans of getting married and celebrating with their family and friends at a big party have changed, but the pandemic couldn’t stop Areli and Eric from reciting their vows on October 10th.
With only their immediate family present, they exchanged vows with the waves crashing at their feet, on Caspersen Beach in Venice, Florida on a picture perfect autumn day!
I absolutely loved Areli and Eric’s wedding day style! They both looked amazing (and don’t you just love her dress?!)
Their sweet baby girl, Ari, looked like a doll, and loved being part of the festivities!
Areli made sure her sweet dad was part of her special day. He sadly passed away years ago, but she had a cameo portrait of him sewn into her beautiful bouquet of flowers, keeping him close to her all day.
This family has terrific shoe style – unfortunately this was the last of them wearing their shoes, as they walked down the steps to their barefoot beach wedding!
I loved the custom coozies they had waiting for their family on the beach. “Corona can’t stop this wedding!” – Hah!!
A lovely coworker of Areli officiated the ceremony, short but very sweet and heartfelt. Eric’s dad kept the rings safe until it was time to exchange them. The love and happiness was radiating off of both of their families!
Eric’s Mom and Dad were so proud of him! It was great seeing their special bonds.
The siblings! Areli’s brother and sister flew in as a surprise from California, which made the day even more special! They are all such a fun bunch!
With the official family portraits finished, I took some sun-drenched photos of the newlyweds with their beautiful little girl! The early evening sun was gorgeous!
Congratulations to this lovely family! 2020 will certainly be a memorable year for you all, in the best way possible!
