“hey there delilah”

I can’t tell you how thrilled I was when, just under a year after photographing their wedding, Candace and Michael called me up asking me to photograph their new little baby girl!

Delilah is the sweeeetest baby with the best head of hair I’ve ever seen, and the most beautiful nursery!  When I arrived, Michael was giving his daughter some last minute cuddles before having to run to work (he owns a personal training gym).  Delilah was such a doll her entire session; I just loved photographing her!  Walking into her room after a mid-session change and feeding, I caught Candace rocking her baby while singing along to “Hey There Delilah” on her mini-iPad.  It was a moment that froze me in my tracks and squeezed my heart a bit!   This little girl is SO loved 🙂
