Kansas City Kids Portraits: Cate

It’s so so fun to watch babies grow up.  I have been so fortunate to photograph Cate as a newborn, 1 year old, and just recently when she turned 2!  She keeps getting cuter and cuter, and my time with her in Kansas City, Kansas last month showed me her personality is becoming even more fun!  Also, I think she has the most adorable toddler wardrobe ever, thanks to her stylish mom!

I spent some time with Cate, her mom and grandma downtown in front of the art museum and in the train station before heading to their home where she played with her family.  They all have such fun together; it’s so nice to see such a loving and happy family interact.  It was a super fun day, but I quickly discovered that an entire day chasing after a 2 year old merits a nice glass of wine once she is asleep 😉  Cate’s dad, grandma and I enjoyed some while her mom sipped seltzer, as baby #2 is on his way, due this summer!
