A little while ago I popped down to DC to visit a very good friend, Melissa, for the weekend. We spent an afternoon at one of Virginia’s lovely vineyards, and drove to her parents’ house for a delicious dinner (her dad is one heck of a chef)! I’ve known this family for many, many years and they are just so welcoming. They’ve even welcomed a few rescue dogs into their family, and let me tell you… these pups are very much loved. Cheers to the Morgans for a great weekend!
