Newborn Portraits: NYC Romi

Is there anything sweeter than a family with a newborn baby? This lovely family had me over to their beautiful apartment on a blustery, snowy day in NYC recently. Entering their home, I immediately felt their warmth and friendliness! Baby Romi had arrived the week before yet this little family of 3 felt like they’ve been together a long time.

Romi is SUCH a beautiful baby!!

Sid and Chase’s first baby – Lil’ Wayne the pup – was cautiously curious about his new baby sister. I love photographing family pets during sessions!

Chase was amazing at making sure BOTH her babies were happy and comfortable. Only a week as a mom and she’s a complete natural!

Dream baby… with the cutest swaddles, outfits, and accessories! She’ll fit right in here in NYC!

Romi’s nursery is so feminine and sweet! I love all the adorable touches Chase and Sid put in her room.

Proud dad alert! Sid is going to be such an amazing dad! He was so calm throughout our session 🙂

I LOVE when grandparents come for part of the newborn portraits! Chase’s mom was such a big help behind the scenes, and I loved photographing her with her first grandchild!

Chase and Sid wanted to make sure I photographed Romi in this adorable little shirt – which Sid actually wore as a newborn baby in Singapore! How special!
