My friend Ana’s niece and her niece’s boyfriend are in town for a few weeks before their college starts up again next month.  We all went to see a show on Broadway recently called Kinky Boots, which won a boatload of Tony’s this year; it was really fun!  I offered to take some photos of Jessica + Alex in Times Square so they’ll have something to frame to remind them of their fun time in the city, and they were really excited to pose for me 🙂

Times Square was, surprise surprise, super crowded with tourists, and I found myself questioning how I managed to live there for 4 months when I first moved to the city.  Yes, you read that right.  I lived in Times Square back in 2003!  I guess I was young and less jaded with the bright lights and hustle and bustle that shoves itself in your face at all hours of the day/night when you’re in the fluorecent crossroads of the city!  😛

I asked Jessica and Alex how they’ve been doing getting around the city, and they both said how “super easy” it is, thanks to their iPhone map feature and several apps geared towards finding the correct subway, etc.  I distinctly remember getting lost in this city about, oh, I don’t know, 5 thousand times, before I figured it all out.  Does this mean I’m old?
