It sure feels like the world has turned upside down this year, doesn’t it?
As a non-essential small business, I am doing my part to stop the spread of Covid-19. As of last month I suspended all of my scheduled photo sessions until the health authorities feel it is safe. I REALLY miss it! Being a photographer allows me to interact with the most delightful and interesting people on a regular basis, capturing their happy moments and providing clients with lasting memories.
During this new pause, I am taking the time to go back through my business and fine tune the aspects that I feel work really well, and work on tweaking the bits I want to improve. In a way, I am grateful for this opportunity to freshen things up!
I hope you are all staying safe at home, and if your job is deemed essential, that you are taking all precautions to remain healthy. Thank you to all of the amazing people out there who are on the front lines in hospitals, those who are keeping our communication systems and electricity going, people stocking our grocery shelves, all who are keeping our cities and nation safe, and the moms and dads learning a new way of working and teaching their kids from home.
I’m so grateful to you all, and look forward to the day when I can see you all again!
