instagram {january 2014}

Ack!  January’s already over?!  Time slips away so quickly these days…

I started the year off in South Africa:  I made friends with an Emu on the side of the road / watched the sun set over Cape Town / and flew back to NYC

Home in NYC for literally 2 days:  Opened all my Christmas cards from family, friends, and clients! / went back to the airport to fly down South for the winter (and encountered a horrible family who let their child bring an annoying electronic guitar which she played for *everyone* while standing on one of the chairs in the boarding gate).

Palm Beach!  (just call me a snowbird already):  gorgeous sun set with palm trees = my heaven / a week after returning home from Africa (sans suitcase) my bag miraculously arrived via FedEx; HOORAY! / was getting out of my car in a parking lot and spotted this pooch behind the wheel of the opposite car

Back to NYC for a long weekend:  some crazy alcoholic dessert float drink shared with friends / brunch with Abbey and her sweet baby / hilarious chalkboard sign in Wash. Heights

Palm Beach again:  sunset at a carnival / got to hang with one of my favorite kids / never getting tired of palm trees / caught some darn virus that was going around / attended an art gallery walk in Ft. Lauderdale with my cousin and her boyfriend / was bullied into buying my favorite girl scout cookies 😉

Aaaaand back to NYC for another long weekend:  are you sensing a pattern yet?
