Lucas: One Year Cake Smash!

I love photographing cake smashes — the tradition of allowing a baby to have free reign over tasting their very first bite of cake on their first birthday.  Some babies are hesitant and don’t love the idea, but others go for it, diving into the cake with hands and sometimes feet!  Little Lucas was an absolute doll and had fun with his birthday cake, but his big brother Ethan was disappointed that he didn’t actually smash his face into the cake, as the saying goes 😉  So we invited Ethan to join Lucas in the cake smash, which totally delighted the birthday boy!  Happy 1st Birthday, Lucas!!  Wishing you a lifetime of health and happiness!
